Ben is an amazing trainer. His workouts are intense, but designed for anyone no matter what your fitness level. He easily modifies the workouts to adapt to any injury. So happy to have found my new home. Ben continuously encourages us, not only in the gym, but at home with our nutrition. The members are positive and encouraging as well.

What sets Ben apart from others is his expertise in training, nutrition, and the body. Ben explains what muscles are being worked and why he targets them. We never know what to expect each day because he changes workouts daily.

Ben seems very knowledgable and his training is never boring or predictable which I really like. Non judgmental non pressure environment with plenty of encouragement. Not just from him but also the other people training.
