Ben Madison is a full time trainer that will help you reach your full potential. He has a passion for healthy living and fitness. He holds N.A.S.M. certifications in Personal Training, Weight Loss Specialist and Nutrition Specialist.
If you are looking for results that challenge every muscle, then group training is for you. You will get a different workout every day! In a small setting, you can achieve any fitness goal. Modifications available.

The best way to recover from muscle soreness is to stretch and strengthen. Come to Yoga on Saturdays at 9am and let Amy lead your body back to balance and recovery. You will leave feeling renewed and relaxed.
Ben is an amazing trainer. His workouts are intense, but designed for anyone no matter what your fitness level. He easily modifies the workouts to adapt to any injury.
