Begin by sitting down with your legs out in front of you. Lean back just a bit and bring your legs up. KEEP THEM STRAIGHT. Now with your arms straight reach for your feet. Now hold for the RX time. (MODIFICATION) One leg at a time. Bring up ma leg for a few seconds and switch. Stronger every day id the goal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lie on your back. With hands over head just barely off the ground keep your legs straight and feet just barely off the ground HOLD for the RX time. (MODIFICATION) Raise one leg and one arm for a few seconds and change limbs. Keep at this until your can knock it out as you see It. Don’t GIVE UP. Keep on it and you will get there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
