Ben is an amazing trainer. His workouts are intense, but designed for anyone no matter what your fitness level. He easily modifies the workouts to adapt to any injury. So happy to have found my new home. Ben continuously encourages us, not only in the gym, but at home with our nutrition. The members are positive and encouraging as well.
